5/5/05 - REDStrobe now provides on-line ticket submission.  Log on and create work orders, check the status of your issue, and stay involved with the support we provide you.

3/19/05 - REDStrobe provides remote desktop support solutions.  We can fix most configuration issues without ever stepping foot in your office.  No travel time, no disruption to your routine, rapid response times.  This technology has allowed us to solve problems around the world and in most cases at a fraction of the cost of a site visit.

2/5/05 - REDStrobe solves problems for several vertical markets.  With new customers in these verticals: law firms, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, public safety and storage,  REDStrobe is familiar, capable and prepared to help your organization solve it's IT challenges.

11/19/04 - REDStrobe announces new 'service and billing review' service.  Has your current vendor been invoicing you accurately and fairly for the services you've received?  Have they instituted 'best practices' on your network?  How do you know?  Have one of our specialists review your invoices and audit your systems.  We'll provide you with a report on the state of your network.  If we don't find any problems you'll have gained some confidence in your vendor; if we do  find a problem we can help you evaluate replacement vendors (we won't even recommend our own services or push you to a vendor we have a relationship with).  Our goal is to help protect your systems as an un-biased 3rd party.

07/19/04 - REDStrobe announces new 'unlimited service plan' for small businesses.  One annual fee covers all service requests you make.  Flat rate pricing is better for budgeting, and costs much less than employing a part-time employee.  Many customers have commented that they live with computer problems because they don't want to to deal with a bill for a service call, or will wait until they have several issues before placing a call for service to maximize the effectiveness of the call.  With our new rate plan, there is no longer a need to be concerned with these issues.  One pre-budgeted amount covers as many calls as needed, and guarantees a site visit from a REDStrobe Engineer weekly or bi-weekly as appropriate.  Call now to get the details!
